Homecoming Dance

In addition to Homecoming, the cross country group had a race on Saturday morning at Fort Snelling Golf Course. The girls had to be at school by 6:45 am. This got the weekend off to an early, rainy start. Luckily, no one slipped when they were racing on the wet grass. The good news is our times are decreasing. Both girls want to be around at 7 minute mile when they finish the season.

Times for St. Croix Bluffs Meet on Sept. 10th.

Times for the Fort Snelling meet, today, Sept. 19th. The girls got back home by 11:30 a.m. They had a bit of down time before Emma had to get ready for the dance.

Before the dance, the group met for photos downtown Stillwater and went out to a local restaurant. Then Brooklyn's family drove the girls over to the dance.

With the homecoming dance ending at 9 p.m. the day was a very long one! Emma had a blast and said she wants to go to all the dances. Hmmm...we will think about that one. Are there more than one? Erin is thankful we get to wait a whole year before we get to do homecoming again.
