1st Halloween

The first Halloween is all about the costume and taking pictures with the costume. Emma spent some quality time at Mommy's school. She not only got to meet all of Mommy's students, but she also participated in the all school parade. She definitely saw some weird costumes during the parade. Her facial expressions say it all.

Emma 5 months

1st Thanksgiving

Emma spent Thanksgiving weekend in Milwaukee with the Maas side of the family. During our mini-vacation, Emma had lots of time to play with Grandma and Grandpa Maas as well as her Uncle Mike. On Thanksgiving, Emma had her first taste of real food. She tried potatoes and seemed to like them, even though most of it landed on her clothes or Mommy. The plan is to officially start solids after her sixth month check-up.

1st Easter

Emma meets the Easter Bunny!

1st Easter for Analise and 2nd Easter for Emma

The Easter bunny visited our house this year. Analise and Mommy talked with him up close in the backyard. Emma caught a glimpse of him out the front window on Easter morning. When the family went to look for him in the backyard, we saw that he had left Emma an Easter basket. Emma was excited about the kite and her new washable markers.

Analise's 1st Thanksgiving

Analise had Thanksgiving with Mommy's side of the family. The people attending were Grandma Kathy, Grandpa Mark, Great Aunt Joan and Great Uncle Don, Great-grandma Kubacki, Great Uncle Mike and Great Aunt Mara, Teresa, Jennifer and Jake and of course Mommy, Daddy and Emma. Daddy celebrated his birthday on Thanksgiving this year.

Analise's 1st Christmas

Analise spent her first Christmas at Grandma Jan and Grandpa Bruce's house. Those attending Analise's first Christmas were: Grandma Jan and Grandpa Bruce, Aunt Becky and her boyfriend, Sean, Uncle Mike, Great Uncle Ron, Great Aunt Shari, Lauren and Matt. Analise and Emma also got to meet their Great Grandma Alice during their visit.

Before taking off for Madison, we had a small get together with Mommy's side of the family.
