Races and Bounce Fest Only for the Brave

This past weekend, the girls were finally able to get out and enjoy some spring weather.  We participated in a kids fun run at Lake Como.  Both girls made it around the 1/2 mile track and received a medal for participation.  We also tried out the jump castles on site in preparation for our friend from Montessori's birthday, Paula.  Paula had her party at Skyzone this year and both Emma and Ani enjoyed jumping tremendously.  Perhaps more caution was needed when we attend jumping events like this in the future.  Both girls ended up twisting a foot or leg and Emma ended up with an accident report.  Emma's ankle still hurt at her Monday night soccer game so she visited Uncle Jeff to see if any other measures needed to be taken for healing.  Thankfully, Emma was feeling better by Tuesday. Mommy was grateful that it was team picture day at soccer so the girls weren't required to play as intensely as a normal night.
